Our Story
Fayia Foray started Creative Pictures Ltd as a movie production group in Mkeni, in February 2012, while he was in college. Because he loved writing and had his first experience as a film actor in a local movie titled ”Dagadi”, he wrote his first armature movie script and took it to a colleague who advised him to start his movie group. Creative Arts Production (Carts Production) was born immediately after he returned home that day. By then he was already well-experienced in community mobilization. During the Ebola outbreak, between 2014 and 2016, he worked as a community-based mobilizer and later Field Officer. In 2018 while he was a volunteer programme coordinator with a local CBO – Community Agenda, Carts Production was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Sierra Leone as Creative Pictures Ltd with rights into entertainment, media and communications.
